Happy July! Summer’s in full swing!
First, I’d like to point to a minor change to the warehouse notes – I will now be listing the SKU numbers for all new product for your convenience. This should make it easier to locate and order all the great new items we’re bringing in.
I wanted to note that we’ll be transitioning our Remedy Kombucha from glass bottles to slim cans. There may be a slight disruption in supply as we do this, but I don’t foresee a serious issue. The transition should be complete mid-month!
New product continues to arrive. I’m hoping that you’re all enjoying the changes. The tide of new will begin to slow here as we settle into summer, but I think we’re in a really good position now.
Supply chain issues and labour shortages are still impacting lead times on almost all goods. I know you notice the long list of items that are “on order” for seemingly forever. Unfortunately, the situation does not seem to be easing up quite yet. But I remain hopeful that we’ll see some return to normality soon.
Two orders in particular stand out in relation to the supply chain issues – our order of Fisherman’s Friend products was placed in March. Currently the supplier cannot provide an eta. Our Itwal orders have also been facing delays of 2-3 weeks. Some of the new products you’ll see in these notes are on our Itwal order. I’m currently expecting it in early July. You’ll receive emails to announce when they are available to order, as usual.
I know that supply is a concern for everyone and I want you to know that we’re trying to take these delays into account when ordering, but it’s not a fool-proof process. The Omni team very much appreciates your patience.
Finally, a piece of good news – we’ve managed to secure an additional order of the very popular Dare Marshmallow summer products! We’ll have limited supply of Peach, Banana, and Strawberry. Get ‘em while we got ‘em!
