Happy New Year! May 2023 be kinder and brighter.
We have some exciting new heat & serve products in the warehouse. Breakfast Tartlets (like a quiche) in two flavours, Breakfast Sandwiches for stores that aren’t able to get the GnG-made ones, and a heat & serve Cheeseburger – just gotta pop it in the microwave.
You’ll be seeing price increases on pretty much all items coming through starting January 1 and most likely continuing until March. Most chocolate and candy will be going up.
Supply chains continue to be strained with no real end in sight. We’re all used to it now, but rest assured that we’re always doing our best to get product into the warehouse and pushing our suppliers to do better. Unfortunately, there’s only so much that can be done.
I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for your support and hard work in 2022. We’ve faced challenges and changes and you’ve taken it all in stride and done your best to stay positive. I know I speak for the team here at Omni when I say that we all look forward to continuing to work with you in 2023 and building our relationships!
We’re working on some exciting programs and products, so I’ll keep you posted with these notes as we get into a brand new year!
