Happy Holidays! Hard to believe it’s already that season, but here we are. We have a number of great new products again and I hope you and your customers enjoy them. When I first started these December warehouse notes I was optimistic about improvements in supply chains. The recent weather event and the infrastructure damage has dashed that enthusiasm a little. The only silver lining is that our Itwal order arrived ahead of the storm. I want to assure you that we are doing our very best to work with our suppliers to get product. I expect we’ll see some shortages over the next 1-2 months as everyone adjusts and roads are rebuilt. We’re also still seeing production issues with plastic components in packaging and production delays in general (it’s why it’s difficult to get Wunderbars right now). Everyone is doing their best to get product out, but it’s going to be like this for the foreseeable future.
We’ll be making some changes to the website to reflect supplier out of stock items (you’ll have received an email about this before you see these notes). Hopefully, this change will make ordering a little bit easier for you.
